These terms govern your use of lumrevia.com and purchases from Lumrevia, operated by seasupplyhub, LLC (d/b/a Lumrevia), a company registered in Delaware, USA. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and include free US shipping. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock problems. If we do, you'll receive a full refund.

Health and safety

The Lumrevia Thumb & Wrist Wrap is a personal comfort product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

• Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have diabetes or reduced sensation in the area, or are under medical care.
• Do not use on broken, irritated or numb skin, while sleeping, or for longer than 20 minutes at a time. Start on the lowest warmth level.
• Do not look directly into the LEDs.
• Stop using it right away if you feel discomfort, burning or unusual pain, and contact your doctor if symptoms continue.
• Keep out of reach of children. Not for use by children or by anyone who cannot remove the wrap on their own.
• Charge only with the supplied cable or a standard USB charger, and don't use the wrap if it is damaged or wet.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
