90-day money-back guarantee

Use your Lumrevia wrap for up to 90 days from delivery. If it doesn't earn a place in your routine, email us at support@lumrevia.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions, and refund the product price once your return arrives.

How to return

1. Email support@lumrevia.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
3. Pack the wrap (and its charging cable, if you still have it) and ship it with a tracked service.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover everything (see below).

Damaged or defective items

If your wrap arrives damaged or stops working because of a defect, email us a photo or short video within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refund timing

Refunds of the product price are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

2-wrap sets and the free guide

You can return one or both wraps from a 2-wrap set. If you return one, we refund the difference between the set price and the single-wrap price. The PDF guide is a free digital bonus and doesn't need to be returned.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
