Lumrevia is operated by seasupplyhub, LLC (d/b/a Lumrevia) ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Order information: name, email, shipping address and phone number you enter at checkout.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage data: pages visited and actions taken on our site (for example viewing the product or starting checkout), collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel, and through Google Analytics if it is enabled.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or phone when you contact support.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send order confirmation, shipping and tracking emails, send you the free PDF guide if your order includes it, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and measure and improve our advertising.

Advertising measurement

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to understand which ads lead to purchases. When you buy, our server may send Meta the purchase details along with your email address and phone number in a hashed (scrambled, non-readable) form, plus technical data such as your IP address and browser type. Meta uses this to match the purchase to an ad. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the store:

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Our fulfillment and shipping partners (including suppliers that ship through AliExpress), who receive your name, shipping address and phone number so they can deliver your order.
• Meta, for advertising measurement as described above, and Google, if Google Analytics is enabled.
• Our web host, which runs our website and the mail server we use to send order emails.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle returns and meet tax and accounting obligations. Technical checkout data used for ad measurement is deleted after 30 days.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing support@lumrevia.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, to delete and to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
