Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Shipping is free and tracked on every order.

Processing time

Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days after they ship. During the holiday season, carriers can add a few days.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order any time on our order tracking page. The first tracking update can take 1–3 days to appear.

Customs and import fees

All prices include any import costs. You will never be asked to pay customs or import fees on delivery.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at support@lumrevia.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering so we can correct it before your order ships.
